How Cervion handles newsletter information

What we use and why

When you voluntarily subscribe, we use your email address and any optional preferences to send welcome emails, practical resources, product updates and occasional offers based on your consent. The free sample is available without newsletter signup, and a Lemon Squeezy purchase does not subscribe you automatically.

We keep double-opt-in source, timestamp and confirmation records to document consent, plus delivery, bounce, unsubscribe and minimal suppression records needed to operate the service reliably and avoid unwanted mail.

Service provider and transfers

Brevo processes newsletter data for EUEG OÜ. Brevo and authorized subprocessors may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate. See Brevo's legal terms.

Tracking and sharing

Under the current Brevo account setting, newsletter contacts whose tracking consent is unknown are not individually tracked for opens or clicks. We do not buy mailing lists or sell subscriber information.

Retention and your choices

Active subscription information is kept while you are subscribed and while needed to provide the service. After withdrawal, we retain only the minimum suppression and consent records necessary to respect your choice and meet applicable obligations. Retention is reviewed periodically.

You may withdraw consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
